Gallus was required to assist a planning consultant in carrying out a sense check on a major masterplanning exercise.
This involved reworking consented proposals in order to provide clients and landowners with the advice they needed to understand options available to them, moving forward.
Working with the requirements for transport, access, density, unit mix and all other aspects of town planning, layout and design, Gallus provided a fully scheduled out scheme for consideration.
